We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply use our online portal to generate a prepaid return label and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or checking the 'Fit Notes' section for item-specific advice.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Aloha, we prioritize the planet. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or Tencel. We are committed to reaching 100% sustainable materials by 2025.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of order placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
